Overview

Rapidly isolate DNA from whole blood, plasma, serum, buffy coat, body fluids, lymphocytes or cultured cells like (Bacteria, Fungus or Animal) in approx. 30 minutes.

  • Kit comes with Proteinase K. or without proteinase K.
  • Upto 0.2ml blood sample required for mini columns & upto 10ml for maxi columns
  • High Recovery: Mini Kit upto 12 μg genomic DNA from Blood or upto 40 μg DNA from Cultured cells.
  • High Recovery : Maxi Kit upto 500 μg genomic DNA (Average Yield = 35 μg/ 1ml blood)
