Gel / PCR Purification Kits

• One Kit for Gel DNA Purification / PCR Clean up.
• Recovery Up to 85% in Gel extraction and upto 95% in PCR Clean up.
• No Phenol chloroform extraction, CsCI gradients or ethanol precipitation.
• 70bp to 12kb for gel extraction and 100bp to 12kb for PCR Clean up (for MicroElute 70bp to 4kb DNA can be purified)
• It take about 15 minutes for PCR Cleanup and 20 for Gel Extraction.
• Binding capacity of the column is approx. 10μg (except for MicroElute where the capacity is 5μg)
• Available in Mini Format, MicroElute& 96 Well Format (can be used with vacuum manifold or by centrifugation process)
