- Rapidly isolate RNA from whole blood & cultured cells in approx. 30 – 60 minutes.
- Kit uses spin column tubes and removes Proteins and nucleases in cells
- Upto 0.3ml blood for mini & 3-10ml for maxi prep sample required.
- High Recovery: Mini Kit upto 12 μg of total RNA from Blood or upto 65 μg RNA from Cultured cells.
- High Recovery: Maxi Kit upto 6mg of total RNA from approximately of 10ml of fresh blood.
