The GENAXY GCI-191D/W CO₂ Incubator is a next-generation 191 L air-jacketed CO₂ incubator engineered to provide a highly stable, contamination-free environment for demanding cell culture applications. Designed for research laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, IVF centers, academic institutions, and clinical laboratories, the GCI-191D/W delivers exceptional temperature uniformity, precise CO₂ regulation, real-time humidity monitoring, and superior environmental control to ensure consistent and reproducible culture conditions.
Equipped with an intelligent microprocessor-based control system and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, the incubator enables intuitive operation with continuous monitoring of all critical parameters, including temperature, CO₂ concentration, humidity, alarms, and system status. The standard humidity display provides users with real-time chamber humidity information, allowing better process control and enhanced culture reliability.
The advanced 6-wall dry-heat technology ensures rapid temperature recovery and outstanding chamber uniformity, creating an ideal environment for sensitive cell cultures. Depending on the model, the incubator features either 140°C Dry-Heat Sterilization or 90°C Wet-Heat Sterilization, providing effective chamber decontamination by eliminating bacteria, fungi, spores, and other contaminants without the use of chemicals or UV radiation.
The seamless, deep-drawn 304 stainless steel chamber with rounded corners minimizes contamination risks and enables effortless cleaning and maintenance. A high-precision IR CO₂ sensor ensures accurate and stable CO₂ concentration throughout the incubation cycle, while the optional removable shaking platform converts the incubator into a versatile shaking CO₂ incubator without compromising usable chamber space.
